TARALYN JOHNSON is a nurse practitioner who worked over five years in Pediatric Pain, managing pain in kids (and some adults) who’d been severely injured, badly burned, or had very painful surgeries or conditions. She has cared for patients with gunshot wounds, stab wounds, lacerated internal organs, broken femurs, flesh eating bacteria, and so much more. She loves geeking out over healing times, figuring out the puzzles of GI pain, and relieving pain in actual people while causing pain to fictional characters.
